Ayres Hotel

Rialto

Inspired by the area's expansion and newly developed infrastructure, Ayres Hotel Rialto was designed with industrial elements featuring mixed metals, exposed brick, wood touches, and concrete flooring that are balanced by blue and gray hues with rust accents.

From positioning to colors, every detail of the hotel was carefully chosen with intention. Designed as the heart of the hotel, the open-concept lobby was intended to foster a sense of community, warmth and gathering through cozy furnishings, a roaring fireplace and an abundance of seating. The front desk was positioned to face east, the direction of the rising sun that signifies hope, and is adorned with fresh features including a plant wall and large overhanging planters that brighten and enliven the space.

Behind the lobby, the bar and dining area feature floating shelves and a decorative accent wall that incorporates warm rust tones. Outside the dining room, the patio area is equipped with a generous amount seating with bistro lighting and a focal water feature that provides the perfect ambiance for relaxation.
